I am a certified Master Results Coach, a Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Mind and Energy Life Coach, Subconscious release technique Practitioner, International Kundalini Yoga Teacher, Mudra Yoga Teacher, Ayurvedic Therapist, Master Practitioner of Reiki and a Master Practitioner of Hypnosis. Additionally, I am credentialed in the areas of Advanced Subconscious Reprogramming, Ericksonian Hypnosis, Performance Consultancy, Wealth Acceleration and a Cidesco Internationally qualified Aesthetician and Specialised Aromatherapy Practitioner.

I am the founder of my Signature Program Awaken your Divine Power where I empwer women who are ready to reconnect and awaken their true Feminine power. This divine power within helps you to create the life you truly desire to live.I give you clarity and open the door to unlimited possibilities.

As a little girl growing up to this day I always had a deep interest in what makes people truly fulfilled and joyously happy. My journey through learning and expanding my own heart and mindset brought me to creating a space for women to truly discover that they have the power to change their lives, empower their beings, ignite their desires, live a meaningful and purposefully abundant life.

How did I get here?

Well, it’s a bit of a beautiful story that I love calling“Being on the Brink of Something Possible.”

It seems like a lifetime ago now when I had reached a narrow, dark, space where I couldn’t recognise myself amidst a sea of smiling faces. It was a journey where supressed emotional pain (that I didn’t know I was carrying) bubbled up to the surface. I began living from the pain of this energetic space. During this period, I experience repressed feelings of anger, guilt, anxiety, regret, and that I wasn’t good enough. I went through a bumpy ride of emotional abuse which led to depression, years of poor health and countless surgeries. I felt lonely, mediocre, and very lost. Not knowing which steps to take next along my life’s path, I faced, feelings of extreme vulnerability.

Since I felt I didn’t fit into societal norms of doing the so-called ‘Right Thing’, I would glimpse my greatness only to be scared by the very image of it. This resulted in extreme measure of people pleasing. I felt I had to make everyone happy around me so I would be liked and accepted. It was a crippling cycle. Eventually, I allowed myself to be lulled into the space of hitting rock bottom.

I truly and unimaginably was out of alignment with myself.

From this unreachable space where everything felt impossible, I asked myself a thousand questions and began to learn who I truly was, who I wanted to become, most importantly, what I was put on planet Earth to accomplish.

I t took time, tears, periods of withdrawal from the world, lots of belief pattern changes. Yet, slowly, I started looking through a lens of present moment awareness and my feminine power started its awakening process.

A Spiritual journey took over and this spiritual healing within me changed everything. I didn’t just change, I was reborn. My journey helped me really tap into and embrace my authentic, empathetic and intuitive abilities which I now call my super powers, it lead me to my soul’s purpose.

I now know that if we are lucky, at some point in our lives, we will go through a phase of impossibility to emerge on the other side of beautiful possibility. It is a time in our lives that comes to awaken us to our true nature.

I started seeing immediate results as I became a self-development practitioner studying and regularly practicing everything I was learning. I gained confidence, clarity and self-love. I became unstoppable.

I experienced incredible success and promotion after promotion in the Wellness Industry. My career now afforded me the opportunity to work with international celebrities and travel to many parts of the world that I had dreamed of exploring. All in all, I felt truly blessed and amazed at what I was creating and manifesting effortlessly.

I could see how my power of worthiness and true self-belief was awakening and emerging. I knew innately now that I was capable of anything I wanted to do. Every step I took forward was leading and reconnecting me to myself and my higher purpose.

I was constantly asked by women, “How do you look so serene and calm? What makes you so joyous? Your skin looks amazing. Love your positive outlook. You seem to be blissed out all the time. What’s your secret?”

I knew innately that Divine intuitive guidance was at play, and I felt my calling to stand in my power and truth. I took this as a sign to find a way I could help other women to connect with themselves in less time than it took me.

My passion and true purpose of Lifestyle and Mindset Coaching came to life.

TRULY CONNECTING WITH MYSELF TOOK ME TO A WHOLE NEW EXISTENCE OF REALLY LIVING AND LOVING LIFE.
It gave me a new perspective on what we are capable of. I learned the key to happiness resides in our own pockets. Nothing is impossible when you connect with yourself and get into blissful alignment. Once you start the journey of learning the tools and techniques that help you elevate your mindset, connection with the universe and lifestyle, you are on your way to creating the life you dream of.

I transitioned to the world of online coaching to follow my soul purpose of creating beautiful lives for women. I now support my clients along their journey so they can awaken their own Divine Feminine Essence and dwell on the other side of abundant possibility.
